Hoi An Coconut Tour – Fishing
Bay Mau coconut forest located in Cam Thanh, Ho. Hoi An, Hoi An how about 3km southeast, known as “the South in the Acient Town”. In the past, this area covered by 7000 m2 coconut water. This area is a Mangrove Forest located near the Cua Dai estuary. After the Geneva Agreement, difficult period of revolution, the Bay Mau coconut forest became a shelter and revolutionary base in the war against the French and Americans. Tourist will experience life on the river with the basket boating and interesting folk games.
Itinerary
07h15-07h45: Pick you up at your hotel, transfer to Hoi An.
08h15: Tourists aboard the timber goes on Thu Bon river to visit Kim Bong Carpentry Village in Cam Kim TP Hoi An. Tourist will see the sculpture artists carve on bamboo and create very sophisticated arts.
09h30: Boat takes you to visit and explore the Bay Mau coconut forest by punt. Tourists will listen to the revolutionary base history during the American War. Learning how to use fishing net, experiencing the real life of the local people.
